About Fitness | Strength Therapy

In the first two months, members follow a training plan written by the coach, with bodyweight, dumbbell-only or gym options, plus weekly coaching and exercise tutorials.[1] From the second month they move to a personalised programme and recipe books, and from the fourth month the programme is refreshed every 2 months, with ongoing support and accountability.[1]

Strength Therapy is also the name of a coaching service on Najah's website, najah.haktalent.com, where training programmes are described as designed in a hybrid, powerlifting-style approach.[2] That service starts with an onboarding video call, after which the client gets a personalised training plan in an app, adapted every week.[2] It also includes nutrition advice that the site says is not a diet plan, priority group coaching calls and WhatsApp support.[2] As of September 2026, that coaching cost £140 a month.[2] The same site offers a free deadlift tutorial and five strength tips by email in exchange for an email address.[3]
