Treatment is prescription-based: a patient completes an online medical intake, a US-licensed clinician reviews it and, if the treatment is suitable, writes a prescription, usually within a day.^[2] Bliv offers compounded and branded GLP-1 medications, including Mounjaro, Ozempic, semaglutide and tirzepatide, which licensed US pharmacies prepare and dispense under a valid prescription before delivery to the patient's door.^[1]^[2] Patients get free nurse consultations and customer service, with no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.^[1]^[2]
