About BODYTEA

Training aims at tone, posture and shape rather than bulk, with gym and at-home programmes labelled model sculpt, strength and tone, and travel.[2] Members also get Pilates-inspired core and posture work, flexible eating frameworks, cycle-aware guidance and ongoing education, accountability and support.[2] Kayla's site also describes a 10-week program called Body Tea: The Method and four guided BodyTea challenges a year, each with its own focus, structured programming and daily check-ins inside the community.[1]

Challenge entrants must be BodyTea members and stay members for the whole challenge.[1] All of the coach's services require members to be 18 or older, and lifetime access carries no refunds.[1][2]
