About Strategic Scale Club

The course material covers handing off daily client work, automating marketing and sales, and building a team.[1] Members get a set of modules the group calls Scale Shortcuts, made up of Lead Machine Blueprint, Clients On Auto-Pilot, Sales Freedom Formula, Enroll More Clients Guide, Operations Freedom Framework and Team Automation System.[1] The package also includes a 1:1 Strategic Scale Session, with weekly Zoom coaching calls, system design templates and a Quick-Win Framework as bonuses.[1]

The Scale The Smart Way site also sells a two-day in-person workshop, held in Atlanta, where the team helps attendees set up a paid ads system on Meta's Facebook and Instagram.[2] Six months of support follow, with weekly calls, a community group chat, a Client Concierge Portal and access to the Strategic Scale Vault of curriculum and systems.[2] A weekly call is led by Russell and co-founder Coach Drae.[2] Russell also offers private coaching, keynotes and workshops for events, a free Scale The Smart Way online training, and a podcast called Strategic Scale.[3][4] The Strategic Scale Network YouTube channel covers the same theme of building a business that runs without its owner.[5]

The workshop's FAQ answers that results are not guaranteed and that all business carries risk.[2]
