About Acquisition Ace

The group covers finding on-market and off-market deals, financing with little or no money down, access to SBA lenders and investors, and help with closing and the handover.[2] Its paid coaching program, organised in six levels from Onboarding to Ace, adds daily live coaching calls, deal reviews and chat support from coaches who have bought businesses themselves.[4] Members also get templates, calculators and an AI assistant for letters of intent, scripts and deal models, plus a member discount on SMB Market.[4]

Membership is paid and handled through the Acquisition Ace website.[2] SBA financing generally requires solid personal credit, the down payment, and US citizenship or permanent residency.[3] The site presents its material as general education, not personalised financial, legal or tax advice, and states that buying and operating a business involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of the entire investment, and that loan approval, including SBA financing, is never guaranteed.[1][3]
