About Mogul Elite Club

Its material is organised around five pillars: business development, business acquisition preparation, financial planning, digital product creation, and credit building and funding.[2] Members get on-demand home study trainings, weekly live Q&A calls and five live trainings a week covering credit, funding, real estate and business.[1][2] Its courses include the Self Storage Accelerator Course, Business Funding Course, Backdoor Method Course, Entrepreneurship Mastery Course and Sales Training Course, with templates for ebooks, credit repair and funding sequences and a real estate dictionary.[1] The club frames its credit module as "credit positioning for buying power" rather than credit repair.[1] Members who complete the foundation curriculum unlock live deal breakdowns, underwriting walkthroughs, acquisition simulations and capital strategy sessions.[1] Membership also includes the Wealth Wallet, which the club describes as a financial management platform, and membership can be cancelled at any time.[1]

The club's YouTube channel presents it as a commercial real estate and credit community and mentions underwriting software of its own.[3] A December 2021 profile on Shoutout Atlanta introduced Ramel Newerls as a commercial real estate investor and listed Mogul Elite Club as the name of Newerls's YouTube channel.[4]
