About Smart AI Operators

Members get weekly live coaching, weekly office hours and tech calls, and live trainings and implementation workshops.[1] The trainings include Smart AI Launch Lab, for building a prospecting system in 72 hours, AI Directory Edge, on a directory strategy for getting AI clients, and HighLevel in a Hurry, a quick course in HighLevel.[1] Members share real AI offers, pricing and deliverables, and Tom answers questions in the group daily.[1]

The community's YouTube channel is presented by Tom Gaddis and aimed at AI builders, consultants and agency owners, urging viewers to "start operating like a Smart AI Operator."[2] It promises "No AI hype", and Gaddis dates the prospecting method taught there to 2012.[2]
