About The 1-Person Business

The course follows a three-step path: See It (spotting an opportunity and picking a niche), Sell It (landing a paying client before building) and Ship It (building with Claude Code).[1] The material covers Claude Code and other AI development tools, building software members own and sell, and the operator's process for landing recurring clients.[1] Bonuses include a client proposal and sales call framework and the operator's AI business starter stack.[1]

The operator's website belongs to Hyper Specific, which builds custom AI software and offers business automation, AI strategy and consulting, and AI education and training.[2] The site names Zane Schulberg as founder of Hyper Specific and shows client projects including Blaze Operations, a fire inspection platform for California Blaze Protection, and Vroom 3.0, a revenue recovery platform for independent auto shops.[2] The site also credits Schulberg with having built paid communities, taught non-technical founders to build with AI, and grown a YouTube channel.[2]
