About Skoot | CRM for skool

The core product sends automatic DMs that onboard and retain members, tags members to track engagement and buying intent, and runs failed payment and churn sequences.[1] It also schedules posts, which the listing says works on both hobby and pro Skool plans.[1] Skoot's site lists a 5-message automated follow-up sequence after Skool's auto-DM, smart tagging with emoji indicators, auto-tagging based on membership questions and slash commands for quick message templates.[2] A premium tier adds community management with AI through Skoot MCP, upgrade and churn tracking from classroom data, and personalized member lead magnets.[1]

Retention messages can be set to send when a member enters cancellation, when a payment declines, or after a member fully churns, when win-back messages offer a path back.[3] The community owner writes the messages, using #name# to insert a member's first name, and replies arrive in the owner's Skool DMs like any other message.[3] The site also offers a free 1:1 setup call, with no selling on the call.[2]
