The core course, The Profit-Driven Sales System, has five modules on sales ops foundations, SDR systems, closer pipelines and revenue-centered reporting.[1] Members also get nine templates, including a Revenue Leak Audit Scorecard, a Speed-to-Lead Playbook, KPI Dashboards and Setter-to-Closer Handoff frameworks, plus sales trackers and a 4-phase Sales Operations Blueprint.[1] Monthly masterclasses and weekly live Q&As cover CRM, follow-up, process and tech stack.[1]
The Moderate Genius presents itself as a full revenue operations stack solution, organised around levers that include scalable sales infrastructure, appointment systems built on SDR and setter workflows, and revenue-centered reporting dashboards.[2] It favours HubSpot but also works with other CRMs such as Pipedrive, Close and GHL.[2]
