About Silicon Sales
Members get a personality test that matches them to a tech sales sector, a free course of more than five hours on mindset, prospecting, qualification, objection handling, portfolios and interviews, and a monthly live coaching call.[1] A one-to-one call with Zakariya unlocks once a member finishes the course and reaches a minimum level.[1]
The institute also runs a 12-week SDR coaching programme covering MEDDICC, BANT, Sandler, Challenger and SPICED, in which trainees build a portfolio of over 100 graded cold calls and case studies.[3] Entry rests on a short assessment of mindset, communication and coachability rather than a CV.[3] For employers, Silicon Sales supplies trained SDRs and delivers B2B sales training inside teams, and it also sells a go-to-market package of playbooks, scripts, cadences and 1:1 coaching.[3][4]
