About Simple Wealth Academy
Its method, which Villareal calls the Simple Wealth Blueprint, has three steps.[2] The curriculum covers VA loan guidelines, buying multifamily properties with VA benefits, house hacking and co-living, and refinancing strategies including BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat).[2][3] Members get courses, lender introductions and templates, along with property analysis frameworks, VA financing structures and systems for managing properties that are built for service members on deployment.[2][3] The academy delivers video content through Skool, live instruction and a private Slack community, where members have access to Villareal and head coaches.[3] Live training sessions cover the fundamentals before members commit to the full SWA mentorship program.[2]
The academy has also announced an expansion of its Mission 333 Initiative, which sets military members three goals: acquire three properties in three years and teach three other military members to invest in real estate.[3]
