About Amplifi - Growth Circle

Members get weekly group coaching calls with deal and tax breakdowns, all video trainings, a quarterly one-on-one check-in or strategy session with a coach, guest expert masterclasses, investment webinars and an annual in-person or virtual retreat.^[1]^[3] Membership covers education and community and is open to all; each investment opportunity comes from its own general partner under that partner's documents, and federal securities rules restrict some to accredited investors.^[1] Payment is taken on a third-party page because Skool does not allow charges of that size.^[3]

Amplifi LLC and Shaw state that they are not a law firm, tax adviser, investment adviser or registered broker-dealer, and that the material is education, not advice.^[2] Private market investments are hard to sell, may be open only to accredited investors, and carry a risk of losing the entire principal.^[2] Amplifi and its affiliates may be paid by product providers, general partners and sponsors that feature in its programs.^[2] Past performance, it adds, is no guarantee of future results.^[2]
