Her company also runs The Social Selling Shift, a cohort-based group coaching programme.^[2] A Content 10x podcast write-up describes Rathling as CEO and founder of Linked Inbound and reports that she chose LinkedIn because in her view it is currently the hottest social network.^[3] On the Salesman Podcast she discussed building a sales pipeline through social selling on LinkedIn, which she framed as staying front of mind with people not yet ready to buy.^[4]

Her company's terms treat every sale as final unless an authorised representative of Social Selling with Sam Limited agrees otherwise in writing, and require buyers to confirm they are 18 or older.^[2]
