Members get interactive live sessions, gamified learning with points and levels, one-to-one mentorship, and job support on LinkedIn setup and CV building.[1] The group also offers a one-month free internship for practising skills on live projects.[1]

The Pathway To Salesforce website, dated from 2023, is aimed at non-tech professionals in the UK and runs two lines of business: implementing and supporting Salesforce for organisations, and training individuals and teams.[2] Its training covers career transition, corporate teams, hands-on live sessions and project-based learning, alongside a self-paced online program it calls its 360 platform.[2][3] The site says it connects successful students with employers looking for new talent.[3] The operator's consultancy site, salesforceinnovate.com, belongs to Godwin Mbah, a Salesforce developer, senior admin, consultant and business analyst who offers Salesforce consulting, implementation, administration, development and training.[4] Mbah describes over 6 years of Salesforce experience, with skills including Flows, Apex Triggers and integration through REST, SOAP and Mulesoft.[5]
