Members get tips on finding clients, pricing jobs and scaling, systems for repurposing and reselling valuable items, and hiring, advertising and negotiation strategies, with support from peers.[1] Lockwood's site also points to a free Junk Removal Starter Course and a community with roadmaps and behind-the-scenes material, and lists repurposing and scrap metal books and courses.[2]

Remove It Pros Inc. has been a demolition contractor since 2014, serving Southwest Florida with selective and building demolition, flooring removal, concrete cutting, junk removal and dumpster rental.[3][4] The company lists Florida general contractor License #CGC1507612 and also owns and operates ReUse It Pros, a resale shop.[3][4] Its YouTube channel points to removeitprosmembership.com for its services, memberships and merch.[5] A promotional feature for Lockwood's 2025 book, published through BookLocker.com, says its 172 pages and 33 chapters cover finding jobs such as estates and curbside pickups, pricing deals, and selling on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace and eBay.[6]
