PTS Connect is the Skool hub for members, suppliers and partners of Protected Trust Services (PTS), an online platform for travel sellers built around trust account protection.[1][2] The group is aimed at tour operators, homeworkers, start-ups and suppliers, and covers compliance help, supplier updates, AI tips and marketing ideas.[1] Members and suppliers also use it to share offers and post events.[1] It was created in May 2025.[1]

About PTS Connect
PTS provides travel agents, tour operators and start-ups with ATOL and Package Travel Regulations (PTR) compliance, independent trust account protection, and booking, CRM and payment software.[3] Its members include travel agents, tour operators, homeworkers, consortia, sports and cruise specialists and flight agents.[4] Membership includes trust accounts in multiple currencies, a PTS member number and badge, a dedicated account manager, contracted suppliers, and booking, itinerary and payments management.[2] A sponsored trade article explains that consumer funds sit in a trust account reconciled daily, suppliers are paid directly from the system, and the member then claims their remittance from the trust account.[5] The same article says the software can provide the ATOL documentation that clients legally require and that members can get legal, insurance and compliance advice and set up merchant services.[5]
PTS also runs a YouTube channel on travel business compliance, marketing and growth, and names Julia’s House as a charity partner.[2][3] The company's site gives its company number as 06181223.[6]
As of September 2026, PTS membership cost £149 a month, a price that includes merchant services and small transaction fees on each booking.[2] Membership has no minimum contract and a 3 month notice period.[2]
