About Rebuild Trust Now

The masterclass looks at why couples stay stuck after betrayal, what led to the affair, how to handle triggers and intrusive thoughts, and how to approach disclosure and hard conversations.^[1] It then turns to regaining trust through steady action, rebuilding emotional stability and self-trust, and restoring safety, communication and connection.^[1] The approach rejects pretending the betrayal never happened or pushing anyone to move on, and instead aims to understand what broke and rebuild with structure and honesty.^[1]

The operator's coaching website offers the Rebuild Trust Now course as a free masterclass and sells a longer coaching program, Thriving Beyond Infidelity, as well as a course called Stronger Together.^[2] The site says the coaching program is not a weekend retreat and that couples should not expect a healed marriage within days.^[2]
