About Sobriety With Kelly

New members start with the 7-Day C.R.A.V.E. Sobriety Challenge, which pairs one action video each day with a daily framework to work through.[2] France's site names goal-setting, fitness and community as the group's three pillars, with live coaching twice a week, accountability check-ins and a community app open at all hours.[3] The site suggests combining the group with an in-person fitness or volunteer community.[3] The listing offers a 7-day free trial.[2]

France also coaches one-on-one and in small groups, speaks at events and on podcasts, and works under the brand The Forge: Strength & Sobriety.[1] Private coaching clients receive a free membership to the community, and the YouTube channel offers personal coaching as well as training for people who want to coach the CRAVE method themselves.[3][4]
