About Soma+IQ Practitioner Group

The community runs pop-up group coaching, monthly live workshops, and live somatic exercises and breathwork sessions twice a month, with practitioner support during and after the training.[1][2] Students enrolling in the training get immediate access to the community.[2]

The training teaches how to read the body, regulate the nervous system and design sessions, either as a 12-week online program of more than 80 live, mentor-led hours or as a 4-day in-person immersion built around hands-on touch techniques.[2] After the training, students complete a practicum of 8 Soma+IQ breathwork sessions.[2] Soma+IQ describes its method as conscious connected breathing combined with somatic touch, sound and relational attunement.[5] Its hub for coaches, therapists and bodyworkers also promotes The Mind-Body Mentor Podcast, a monthly live show where listeners put questions to Jaggers and Carbary.[4]
