About Pattern Breakers Society

Members learn to spot red flags, choose healthier partners and hold boundaries.[1] The free tier includes community access, one monthly workshop and Day 1 of every monthly challenge.[1] A premium tier adds the full 3-Day Pattern Breaker Challenge, a Challenge Vault with Pattern Radar, Boundary Scripts and a Red/Green Flags Guide, and weekly mini-workshops.[1] Every month is built around a theme, such as Green Flags, Desire Reset or Gut-Check Dating.[1]

Under the Love and Sex on the Rocks name, Cools offers dating, sex and relationship coaching.[3] As of September 2026, the brand's site also listed the Intimate Insights Club, a coaching, content and community program for women, at $47, along with a Red Flag Cheat Sheet.[3] Cools also publishes weekly YouTube videos on saying what you mean, setting boundaries and knowing your worth.[2]

Love and Sex on the Rocks states that it offers coaching only, with a separate note for anyone who needs clinical assistance.[4]
