About The Conscious Circle

The community meets every two weeks and all sessions are recorded.[1] Sessions mix play, meditation and learning, and Dr. Shefali leads 90% of them.[1] Members also get two workshops a month and 24/7 team support.[1] As of September 2026, joining through drshefali.com instead of Skool cost a discounted $16 a month, billed every six months.[1]

Her website describes her as a clinical psychologist and the founder of the Conscious Parenting movement, blending Western psychology with Eastern wisdom.[3] She is the CEO of the Conscious Parenting and Life Coaching Institute and hosts the Parenting & You Podcast.[2] Her books include The Conscious Parent, The Awakened Family, A Radical Awakening and The Parenting Map.[3] The site also offers a five-month program in Conscious Parenting and Life Coaching, and courses on intimacy, relationships, worth, love and parenting.[2]
