MoaM - Coaching is the Skool group for members of the coaching programs run by Mastering.com, and for former members of Musician on a Mission.^[1] The group was created in February 2023, and its owner account belongs to an operations manager for Mastering.com.^[1] Musician on a Mission bought Mastering.com in 2022 and merged the two businesses, which in May 2023 began trading under the Mastering.com name alone.^[2] Customers of Musician on a Mission kept access to what they had bought.^[2]

About MoaM - Coaching

The main program, The Reverse Engineer, is an online audio school on production, mixing and mastering that works backwards, starting with mastering.^[3] Each of its sections holds nine or more modules, and students get lifetime access to a weekly calendar of live coaching sessions plus a community on Skool.^[3] A separate Membership offers monthly feedback, a library of short courses and weekly virtual events, and the company also sells mixing, mastering and mix feedback services.^[2]^[3]

Rob Mayzes, a mixing and mastering engineer who has taught online since 2015, owns Mastering.com and serves as its CEO, and Will Evans is its President.^[2]^[3] Because The Reverse Engineer is a mentorship with direct work alongside each student, it carries no refunds.^[3]
