A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined Look Good Fitness, and nothing below is a verdict.

Look Good Fitness is a Skool community for busy men and fathers who want to lose fat, build lean muscle and get into shape.[1] The listing sets its approach against eating plain chicken, rice and broccoli out of a Tupperware container.[1] Members get a nutrition cheat sheet that uses a traffic light system of healthy food swaps.[1] The LGF guide covers the basics of building muscle and dropping body fat, and a separate no-gym guide sets out bodyweight exercises that can be done anywhere.[1] The founder, Leon Charles, takes part in live Q&A sessions.[1] The group was created in July 2024.[1]
