The Adult Hockey Locker Room publishes 93 course modules on Skool. It is free to join, with paid tiers inside.

A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined The Adult Hockey Locker Room, and nothing below is a verdict.

The Adult Hockey Locker Room is a Skool community on fitness for adult hockey players, including beer league players.[1] It is run by Marty, a strength coach and hockey skills coach.[1] The listing presents its starter material as a simple system meant to fit around everyday life, and as what Marty gives paying clients to get started.[1] That material includes three 30-minute workouts for strength and stamina, off-ice drills for moving better on the ice, recovery tips, and a warmup and mobility template.[1] Members join a community of beer leaguers working toward the same goal.[1] The group was created in February 2024.[1]
