About Dream Life Society

Members get direct coaching, asking questions and receiving feedback in the community and on weekly live calls.[1] Workouts are personalised to each member's goals, level and life, and a library of more than 500 high-protein recipes gains new ones each month.[1] Meal plans come with help on macros, along with daily accountability, challenges, journals and meditations.[1] Beyond fitness, the coaching also looks at what members want in other areas of their lives.[1]
