About Legal Closers Network

Your Practice Mastered (YPM) consults for and trains law firm owners, with a specialism in systems for intake, sales, staffing and leadership, and Richard James and Michael Patrick Strauch lead its coaching team.[2] Its named trainings are TIR (law firm intake), TCR (sales training for a firm's sales team) and FLOW (case workflow).[2] YPM also runs The Closing Room, which works on consultation close rates; The Staffing Room, which hires and manages non-attorney staff for firms; and Partners Club, a consulting programme with weekly mentorship meetings, coaching sessions and mastermind events.[2] The firm works with law firms all over the United States, and its services include quarterly in-person events, placing support staff and recruiting non-attorney salespeople.[3]

Strauch works only with law firms on their sales process and close rate, and launched what is now The Closing Room after proving the model.[4] In April 2024 Strauch appeared as a guest on Brian Glass's podcast, in an episode on non-attorney salespeople in legal intake that featured The Closing Room.[5]
