About hipsters

Ko's work, under the Hidden Effort name, focuses on noticing patterns of effort, preparation and protection before the body starts demanding attention.[2] Ko's site offers a 40-minute live guided session on Zoom about why tension and tightness keep coming back, with no special equipment, preparation or sales pitch.[2] The site states that it is educational information only and does not provide individual medical diagnosis or treatment.[2]
