About Formed: 21 days deeper with God

Each of the 21 days takes about five minutes and pairs a reflection by Ashby, to read or hear in his voice, with a scripture passage, a written prayer and one question for the day.[2] The days fall into three phases: The Shift for days 1 to 7, The Formation for days 8 to 14, and The Preparation for days 15 to 21.[2] The book arrives as a PDF straight after purchase, readable on any device or in print, and the narration plays from links inside the PDF with no separate app or subscription.[2]

His site says Ashby spent his career studying how people grow, heal and change, and turned that work into the 21-day practice.[3]
