About Happy Shrinkers

The classroom holds two challenge courses, 28-Day Challenge 1.0 (Becoming Her) and 28-Day Challenge 2.0 (Embodying Her), plus a Recipe & Meal Planning Hub.^[1] The wider program pairs a real food plan, with no calorie counting, apps or weighing, with a 28-Day Mindset Challenge of daily videos, run in three phases (Reset, Unlock and Maintain) at one of two paces, Fast & Furious or Slow & Steady.^[3]

Lifetime community access comes with the Fat Loss Unlock Bundle, but buying drops on their own does not include it.^[2] Opened products cannot be returned or refunded.^[2] The FAQ says the community "is not a replacement for professional medical advice", tells members to take medical questions to their healthcare provider and to stop use and see that provider if they feel any discomfort, and warns that results vary and carry no guarantee.^[2]
