About ThePitcherLab

Members get a pitching velocity program and guides, updates on the owner's own training to throw 100mph with the exact workouts, and a community of pitchers who ask questions, share wins and keep each other accountable.^[1]

The company's stated aim is to help pitchers advance their careers and become D1, draft or MLB prospects.^[2] Its site offers a free nine-week velocity program as a sample of its paid one-to-one training, which pitchers apply for.^[2] The site lists Gessner as formerly with the Philadelphia Phillies and Texas Rangers and says Barber played up to AA level.^[2]

The site states: "The training provided is general in nature, and some strategies may not be appropriate for all individuals or all situations."^[2]
