About Abundance Breathwork Community

Each week the group runs five live guided breathwork sessions and two live exercise sessions, covering all-levels yoga for back pain and a class called the Weirdo Workout.[1] A breathwork and soundbath session is held every Sunday.[2] All live sessions are recorded and added to the classroom, alongside step-by-step courses, wellness workshops, masterclasses and weekly challenges.[1] Topics include advanced breathing techniques, Tibetan Rites and mindful movement, and members have direct access to DeLuis in the community.[1][2] Membership comes in a limited-access Standard tier and full-access Premium and VIP tiers, with a seven-day free trial that can be cancelled at any time.[1][4] When the trial ends, members keep lifetime access to a breathwork and movement masterclass.[3]

DeLuis also offers personalised coaching, workshops and corporate training beyond the club, and runs a retreat centre.[5] The website also runs a free 7-Day Breath Reset Challenge, with a guided breathwork session of 5 to 30 minutes each day.[4]

The website advises anyone with a serious medical condition, anyone who is pregnant, or anyone with concerns to consult a healthcare provider before starting.[4]
