About Mylera Wellness

The classroom holds 7 monthly Food is Medicine modules, each with an eBook overview, 7 and 30-day outcomes and an action plan.[1] Discussion spaces include Circle of Care, for people caring for loved ones, as well as Women's Health, Skincare and a General Discussion space on mindset and trends.[1] Through a Wellness Rewards scheme, meaningful participation earns rewards that can be redeemed for gift cards, prepaid cards, cash or donations in over 232 countries.[1]

The MyLera app connects with Google Fit, Apple Health, Fitbit and other health apps, and gives points for completing health and wellness goals that can be redeemed as coupons for products.[2] It includes an AI health assistant named Maya.[2] An optional premium tier adds Balanced Bite, which logs meals from a photo of the plate, and nutrition tips from Maya; as of September 2026 it cost about $79.99 a year.[2][3] The company says the app is built with input from dietitians, mental health experts and other healthcare professionals.[2]

The group states that it is for information and education only, is not intended as medical advice, and that members should always consult a professional.[1]
