About No Sugar Nation

Premium membership includes two recipe books, a guided journal, practical tools, short daily lessons and a starting path that runs for 30 days.[1] Support runs every day, with 22 coaching sessions a week and meetings with Mike and other coaches.[1] Members also get a private community and an archive of recorded coaching going back over two years.[1]

Collins's wider work includes a 30-Day Sugar Detox Challenge, a Sugar Archetype quiz and a book, The Last Resort Sugar Detox.[2][3] A Quit Sugar Summit was held in January 2025, and Collins's stated aim is to give anyone who wants to cut back on sugar or stop eating it both information and a community.[3]

Premium starts with a 7-day free trial and can be cancelled online at any time.[1][2] As of September 2026, a VIP Annual plan cost $197.[1]
