About Get 720 Credit Ready

Members follow a step-by-step system for building lender-ready credit using rent, utilities and other strategies, and learn to avoid the pitfalls of credit and personal finance.[1] The group says it teaches credit like 4th grade math, and members can pair up with accountability partners.[1]

Rental Kharma, Inc. adds rent, phone, electric, gas and water bills to a customer's credit report and says the updates show on TransUnion and Equifax in days.[2] Its membership includes unlimited 1-on-1 access to mentors trained by Canazares.[2] As of September 2026, rent reporting for one renter cost a $75 enrollment fee and $8.95 a month, and utility reporting cost $4.95 a month per bill after a $25 enrollment.[2]

Membership carries a 90-day money back guarantee and can be cancelled at any time, after which the account closes on the credit report and stays visible for 7 years.[2] Rental Kharma states that adding the information does not cause a hard inquiry.[2]
