Joining is free.^[1] As of September 2026, a Premium tier added ready-to-use AI assistants for Claude and ChatGPT, extra training and a collection called the Human First AI Vault.^[1] Kosman's teaching centres on helping solo business owners build AI assistants that sound like themselves rather than like a machine.^[1]

Kosman's website, mickikosman.com, says most of Kosman's work happens inside Adapt Lab, which also explores creativity, longevity and how people adapt as the world shifts.^[2] Before it, Kosman built brands such as The Barefoot Nomad and The Parent Spot across travel, lifestyle, food and tech, and has built, run and sold several websites.^[2]
