About Client Success Mastermind

Ethical Scaling works with online coaching businesses and agencies on client care, and says that at its core it is about running a business in line with one's values.[2] Its named method is the Raving Fan Formula, which it describes as a psychological and practical process for shaping the experience a business gives its customers.[2] The site also lists a Customer Loyalty Workshop and takes applications from coaching businesses and agencies that want to work with the team.[2]

According to the company's about page, Ben, one of the Raving Fan Formula's two creators, came through Traffic and Funnels' ClientKit program, working on a team that supported about 100 clients at a time.[3] The page says he was then promoted to Client Success Director, and that the team was assembled around the principles of humor, integrity and reliability.[3]
