About Qigong & Self Mastery

Members get a weekly qigong livestream with Choi, five-day Boost your Energy challenges, and support and accountability from other women in the group.[1][3] SolJoy's qigong classes combine core strengthening, joint exercises, breathing postures, a DahnMuDo tai chi form, relaxation and meditation.[3]

SolJoy offers somatic mindfulness and wellbeing coaching through movement, meditation and music.[2][4] Its programmes include one-to-one coaching, wellness retreats, Music for Peace and a five-module course moving from body and heart to mind, soul and integration.[2][5] Choi also founded SolJoy Peaceful Warriors, which gives underserved leaders scholarships for wellness programmes and retreats.[4] Coaching runs on a minimum six-month agreement, then month to month.[6]
