About Queer Fitness Clubhouse

Members get follow-along workouts, challenges, mindset content and a supportive community, framed as fitness without shame, confidence without pressure and community without judgment.[1] New members also receive The Queer Fitness Kickstart, a four-week plan combining mindset tools, nutrition coaching and workouts.[1]

Beyond the Clubhouse, FCY offers online personal training one to one with Boyles or one of his coaches, group training plans, and an app with workout videos and nutrition coaching.[2][3] Its workouts can be done at home or in a gym, and the business has also started running retreats.[2][3] Boyles is the author of The Fitter Confident Youniverse, a guide to wellbeing aimed at LGBTQ+ people, and was featured in Attitude issue 356.[2][5] In the Attitude interview, Boyles says that early on he ran a free live workout every day, eventually doing 400 in a row.[2] He also says organisations such as Transport for London, Henkel, State Street, the NSPCC, Asahi Beer and Virgin Media have invited him to speak.[4] FCY describes itself as a supporter of the charity Positive East.[3]
