Shred Nation is a Skool fitness community built for South Asians with busy schedules, centred on fat loss, strength and consistency without extreme diets.[1] New members begin with the 7-Day South Asian Shred Reset, which sets simple workouts, three-meal daily plans, step and water targets, and daily check-ins.[1] The entry tier also includes a 3-Day Beginner Split, meal plans in vegetarian, non-vegetarian and eggetarian versions, and accountability within the community.[1] Members who complete the reset's 7-day tasks qualify for a one-to-one strategy call with the owner.[1] A premium tier adds a 30-Day Transformation Challenge, advanced plans, group Q&A and calls.[1] The group was created in August 2025.[1]
