Siddiqui is the founder and CEO of CruiseOnline Group, a cruise travel business whose first brand, CruiseReizen.nl, started out offering sea cruises.^[2] In 2022 the group launched CruiseOnline.com, a dynamic packaging platform on which customers book their own flight, hotel and cruise, while CruiseReizen.nl offers tailored holidays arranged with cruise experts.^[2]^[3] Under the name WavesOnline.com, the group also runs a B2B cruise booking platform for travel agents.^[2] CruiseOnline Group BV has offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom and the USA.^[1]^[4]

A travel trade interview traces Siddiqui's career from Vodafone to the founding of CruiseOnline Group, and in it Siddiqui sums up the approach as making complex things simple through technology.^[2] Siddiqui is also listed as a mentor on nlgroeit.nl, under e-commerce and travel, offering insight on marketing, sales, growth and customer focus.^[4]
