About RIA Operators

Simplicity Ops was founded by Kate Guillen and works with advisory firms on operations, including efficiency through the Redtail and Wealthbox CRM systems.[2] Its work combines customized systems, team training and ongoing accountability, with the stated aim of improving advisors' operations, teams and client service.[2] On YouTube, the company says it partners with investment advisory firms to design and implement a people-focused operating system.[3] Its website offers a complimentary Growth Strategy Call.[4]
