The Value Whispering Circle is a free Skool community for coaches, consultants and other service-based business owners, run by business coach Melitta Campbell with introverts in mind.[1][2] It was created in April 2023.[1] The group takes its name from Value Whispering, Campbell's approach to small business marketing, which one podcast describes as a grounded way for introverts to show their impact without forcing extroversion.[2][3] The method runs in three stages: clarify true value, weave that value through everything, and lead oneself to success.[3]

About The Value Whispering Circle

The group focuses on client messaging, marketing online and offline, values-led sales, and mindset and self-leadership.[1] Members get weekly live events and networking, masterclasses, short trainings and resources that unlock over time, and a place to ask questions.[1]

Campbell's paid coaching programme is a small group that gives a year of support through business coaching, online learning, accountability and community.[4] Clients build a plan for their offers, messaging, marketing, onboarding and sales process, usually within the first 90 days, and can use a vault of recorded mindset sessions and tools.[4] Her site also offers the Dream Clients Academy, which includes weekly access to Campbell.[3]

Campbell wrote Value Whispering: The Smarter Way to Market Your Small Business, which treats marketing and sales as communication skills that can be learned rather than personality traits, and an earlier book, A Shy Girl's Guide to Networking.[5][6] She hosts The Art of Value Whispering podcast and gave a TEDx talk titled An Introvert’s Guide to Having Quiet Impact.[3][7] A former corporate head of communications, she publishes masterclasses on marketing, sales, mindset and visibility on YouTube.[2][8]
