About Be a Happier Parent

The coaching looks at the patterns behind resentment, defensiveness and the mental load, then offers frameworks for sharing responsibility and communicating as a team.[1] Members get short practical videos, mental load tools and handovers, frameworks with accountability, weekly live coaching, a private parent community and direct answers from Trippier.[1] Trippier says he is in the group daily, answering questions.[3]

He also hosts the Be a Happier Parent podcast, interviewing authors, therapists and coaches about what the trials of parenting teach, with guests including Stephanie Coontz on the history of marriage.[3] His flagship program, Partnering in Parenthood, is built around what he calls relationship prehab, a skills-based way to head off resentment before it sets in.[2] One-to-one coaching is offered separately.[3]

Membership opens with a free seven-day trial, people can join alone or as a couple, and partners join free.[1][3] Members can cancel in two clicks.[1]
