Discover YOU is a private Skool coaching community for women who love their husbands but feel resentful, triggered or disconnected.[1] It is run by the life coach Tiffanie Prince, whose website presents Christ-centered coaching for women, and the group was created in October 2024.[1][2] The community's premise is that peace does not depend on a husband changing, and it says the work is not about blame, tolerating bad behavior or lowering standards.[1]

About Discover YOU

Members work on triggers, resentment, overthinking, boundaries, communication and self-trust, with coaching, practical trainings, tools and a community of other women.[1] New members can start with a seven-day free trial.[1]

Prince teaches a four-step method called the Rewire YOU Framework: recognize, release, replace and rewire.[2] Other offers include private coaching, a Discover You parenting course and the Rewire YOU course, which comes self-paced or with 60 days of live coaching added.[2] As of September 2026, The Thought Cycle Mini Course was also offered as a one-time payment.[2] On YouTube, Prince explains how thoughts create emotions and how to change thought patterns that keep replaying the same frustrations.[3]
