Healthy After 50 Academy review

Healthy After 50 Academy publishes 129 course modules on Skool. It charges $8.08 a month.

A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined Healthy After 50 Academy, and nothing below is a verdict.

Healthy After 50 Academy is a Skool community on weight loss for people in or past their 50s, built around a Mediterranean approach to eating.[1] Its tagline calls the program a Mediterranean Reset and sets it against repeated cycles of dieting.[1] The method taught is named the Mediterranean Code, and the listing builds it around a pattern it calls the Metabolic Spiral.[1] The offer starts with the Mediterranean Code Starter Course, and members can upgrade to a 6 Week Weight Loss Challenge.[1] Members also join a community of others working toward the same goal.[1] The group was created in April 2025.[1]
