The Featherstone Fitness Hub is a Skool community built around a workout programme, which its tagline calls a private client group.^[1] New workouts are released every month, with separate routines for men and women.^[1] Members can train in a gym, with home equipment or with bodyweight alone, on plans of 3 to 6 days a week.^[1] The workouts are reached through a workout app, where each exercise has a video demonstration and a written explanation, and where workouts and progress can be tracked.^[1] Each month also brings a recipe book of 30 new recipes with full calorie and macro details, and 5 high-protein recipes are available from the start.^[1] Dave and Hannah answer questions in the community hub every day, and the hub also runs live training.^[1] An education hub holds a course called Nutrition For Life, 5 nutrition education guides and a grocery list.^[1] The group was created in May 2024.^[1]
