About DevAccelerator™ University

The group is built around the Lean Engineers™ method, applied to raising developers' value, passing technical interviews and taking their careers international.[1] New members get an introductory course on the Lean Engineers™ model, The Developer Playbook™ and daily tips.[1] Entry runs through a waitlist of 24 to 48 hours, capped at 10 people a day, and profiles without a photo are not admitted.[1] To be accepted, members are expected to share the group's stated values: daily action systems over motivation spikes, a long-term mindset and the pursuit of excellence.[1]

Beyond the Skool group, DevAccelerator™ runs weekly live masterclasses, personalised courses and roadmaps, and mentoring from senior mentors at large companies.[2] Its named programs include Offer Sprint™ and #TheStartupExperience™, and prospective clients can book a free discovery call.[2] For employers, the company offers tech talent and technology consulting.[2] A YouTube channel presented by Patri Juane, a software engineer who has spent six years as a full-stack engineer at international FinTech startups and scale-ups, documents the lessons from that path.[3]
