Members get step-by-step workflows for building an AI-powered real estate business.^[1] Beyond the group, the institute runs a free A.I. Personal Assistant class as a starting point and a paid agent programme, which as of September 2026 cost $1,497.^[4] Agents who complete that programme can join A.I. Real Estate Society, a weekly live coaching programme with Nick Krem.^[4] The institute also sells a done-for-you real estate marketing service covering YouTube, blog, SEO, Reels and Facebook posting.^[4]

The Krem Institute states that the examples it gives should not be considered typical and that there is never a guarantee of results.^[2]
