Commercial Roofer University is a business mastermind and training platform for commercial roofing professionals, run by Cody Kline, the founder of CommercialRoofer.com.[1][2] The Skool group was created in September 2022.[1] Its core offer is the Commercial Growth Engine Toolkit: lead generation playbooks, an AI inspection tool, estimating calculators with margins built in, an AI proposal builder anchored on maintenance, and scorecards.[1][2]

About Commercial Roofer University

On CommercialRoofer.com, that system is sold as the Sales Accelerator, with virtual weekly calls and an in-person intensive option at the company's Indianapolis headquarters.[2] The university is open only to Sales Accelerator owners and adds weekly sales training through call breakdowns, objection drills and deal post-mortems, plus every new playbook, calculator update and template.[2] As of September 2026 it cost $1,000 a month and could be cancelled anytime.[2] Its stated 60-day terms are inspections booked, a job closed and a maintenance agreement sold, or the team works the member's deals with them until that happens.[1]

Kline is also a General Partner at Rainforce Partners, a roofing holding company.[2] The operator's YouTube channel posts weekly content on marketing, sales, systems and scaling, and announces RoofGenius, AI-powered inspection and estimating software for commercial roofers.[3] A May 2023 Roofing Contractor profile of Kline described CommercialRoofer.com as a coaching program for owners and managers growing a commercial business and a training platform for their sales teams.[4] In it, Kline said two earlier roofing businesses were sold in 2021 to Restoration Builders, a nationwide roll-up.[4]
